You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (info@gesundpur.at) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e-mail). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose.
You will receive the return address after you have filled out and sent the sample withdrawal form to us by e-mail.
Please note that if you refuse to accept your ordered products, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. This fee is €10.00 for all orders.
Alternatively, you can accept the goods and send them directly to our return center; in this case, there will be no return fee (only the standard shipping costs for the return).

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for hygiene products
Please note that for hygiene products — such as our anti-snoring mouthpiece — the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with § 312g paragraph 2 No. 3 of the German Civil Code (BGB) or the corresponding EU Consumer Rights Directive if the seal has been removed after delivery.
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, these products cannot be returned or refunded once the packaging has been opened.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
A withdrawal immediately after placing the order is not possible, as our logistics center ships the order within a few hours after purchase. You can only withdraw once the goods have been delivered to you.
In addition, no refund will be issued if the goods are not accepted.
The goods must be properly accepted and returned within 14 days to the address we provide in order for you to receive a full refund.
Furthermore, you are not entitled to return products that are dirty or have been used.
(Example: You have the right to test our products for 14 days after receiving them, try them on, and walk on a clean surface. However, you may not damage or use the barefoot shoes on dirty ground and then send them back to us. In such cases, we cannot resell them and must dispose of them. If we receive shoes that show signs of use, you will not receive a refund.)
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of 30 days has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We do not cover the cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
